SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) – The Consumer Electronics Show officially kicked off Tuesday in Las Vegas.

KCBS Technology Analyst Larry Magid is in Las Vegas and said there are plenty of tech products aimed at consumers looking to get in shape in the New Year.

“The iBike is a very cool device that turns an iPhone or an iPod Touch into a very sophisticated bicycle computer,” said Magid. “It comes with a mounting bracket and some sensors that measure the wind speed, how hard you’re pedaling and it actually converts it into power. That’s one of many examples that I saw that can help people get in shape.”
